If we treat each other with respect, our customers will feel it, and the essentials of trust and relationship will be evident. We are currently in search of a Service Porter at our Rosen Ford location in Belleville WI located approximately 15 minutes southwest of Madison WI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers to our service department with a friendly and helpful attitude. Ensure their initial interaction with our dealership is positive and professional.
• Maintain Service Loaner Fleet: Keep our service loaner vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for customer use. Track the availability and condition of loaner vehicles.
• Vehicle Detailing: Provide meticulous detailing services for customer vehicles after service, ensuring they are returned in pristine condition.
• Shuttle Services: Safely shuttle customers to their desired locations when needed, providing excellent customer service during the commute.
• Service Lane Support: Assist in the efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the service lanes, helping to expedite the service process.
• Parts Runs: Occasionally, you may be required to pick up or deliver parts for the service department, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Working Hours:
